The only extra fees are the extra services we can provide like a GPS or a baby seat. Also if you choose to add any additional drivers to the agreement you can do so at the cost of 2 euros per person per day. Note that the additional drivers must fulfil the requirements as the original driver of the vehicle.

Payment is made at the time of booking the car. Booking cancellation is possible within the time limits stated in our Terms & Conditions. By prior special agreement, payment may also be made by card or in cash upon collection of the car from our office.

Yes, basic vehicle insurance is included in the listed price. Full coverage for the vehicle and the driver in case of an accident is available at an additional charge.

You need to bring your travel documents, such as a passport or ID card, as well as the driver’s valid driving license. If there is more than one driver, the driving licenses and identification documents of all additional drivers are also required.

Yes, we can deliver the car outside our company’s business hours at an additional cost. Please contact us with your preferred delivery time, and we will inform you accordingly.

Yes, returning the car outside our company’s business hours can be arranged at an additional cost. This must be agreed upon when booking the car and confirmed by email.

Our refund policy is clearly stated in the general policy section of our website. Refunds are possible up to 14 days before the scheduled start date of the booking.

Yes, booking is required. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee vehicle availability upon your arrival.
